Detoxing Naturally


Thinking about detoxing? You can try one of the diets from today's Feather Magazine or you can eat some naturally detoxifying foods.


Foods that naturally detox include:
  • fruits
  • greens
  • citrus
  • garlic
  • broccoli
  • green tea
  • mung beans
  • raw vegetables (onions, carrots, beets, turmeric)
  • seeds & nuts (pumpkin, almond, walnut, hemp)
  • omega-3 oils (hemp, avocado, olive, flax seed)
