clearly crumbled thanks to her recent break-up with Caleb...
according to plans. To be such a fashionista, Hanna's interpretation
of this season's trends is extremely contrived and unflattering; a
pale yellow dress and light pink heels with blonde hair? Where did
Hanna go? A neon orange top with neon orange and blue watercolor
pants? Whoa, there she is! She picked the perfect outfit to go
unnoticed visiting Garret's mom at the hospital. I can always count
on Hanna's brilliance...

Hanna chose this semi-appropriate dress for a church dance. The lace makes sense, but it is a little short. The pale yellow color... is awful. It looks like she's wearing an old Easter dress from her childhood that's been ageing for years in the attic. With her blonde hair, the color completely washes Hanna out. While cute, Hanna's light pink shoes also blend with her skin color. I guess this outfit makes sense if you're going to hide between church pews in the dark- if you want to stand out. Why not a black dress? I have no explanation for that ridiculous floral sash around her waist.

She's almost as shocked as I am! Who cares that her dress is totally inappropriate for church—Emily finally looks like she tried. She even tried something new with her hair; it's a pretty little miracle! I guess somebody has to take the spotlight since Aria doesn't get much airtime this week, Spencer continues to be consistent (aka boring), and Hanna is having a fashion breakdown. I guess we can forgive Emily for all of her past poor fashion choices- even though that would include every outfit she's worn before this one. Let's hope she doesn't donate this dress to the church while she's there.
